Leaving a Review

The product reviews on IPcam-shop.nl are submitted by customers on our website. We offer this option to display the customer experience with the product as transparently as possible. For this purpose, we use the standard built-in review feature included in our webshop platform.

When a customer visits our product pages, there is an option below each product to go to the reviews tab and click on Write a Review. The customer is then given the opportunity to rate several product characteristics, as well as their satisfaction with the shipping and customer service.

Authenticity of Product Reviews

To guarantee the authenticity of the reviews, only customers with an account are given the option to create a review. In addition, both negative and positive reviews are posted on the website. This allows us to guarantee that the reviews are genuine. No paid reviews are offered on our website.

Moderation of Product Reviews

After a customer submits a product review, it is not automatically published on IPcam-shop.nl, as the review must first be checked. The reviews are checked once a week.

Product reviews are not published if they are offensive, contain links, or use hurtful language.

Company Reviews

In addition to product reviews, it is also possible to read reviews or write one yourself on Feedbackcompany about IPcam-shop.nl in general. Reviews on this platform are completely independent of IPcam-shop.nl's moderation. We have no influence over the order or display of reviews on this platform.
