What could be improved, and what we’re doing about it
Not everyone is satisfied. Recurring points in reviews include the availability of customer service, delayed or incomplete deliveries, and the handling of warranty and after-sales service. On Feedback Company, you can read reviews about IPcam-shop.nl in general or write one yourself. Reviews on this platform are entirely outside IPcam-shop.nl's moderation. Product reviews
Leaving a review. Product reviews are submitted by customers on our website. We offer this option to show the customer experience with the product as transparently as possible, using the standard review function of our e-commerce platform. Under each product, go to the reviews tab and click Write a review. You can then rate the following aspects:
- Quality
- Price
- Customer service
- Shipping
Below that, you can describe your experience in your own words.
Authenticity. Only customers with an account can leave a review. We publish both negative and positive reviews, and we do not offer paid reviews. This ensures that reviews remain genuine.
Moderation. A new product review is not published automatically, as we check it first. We do this once a week. We do not publish reviews that are offensive, contain links, or use hurtful language.
